Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
+ Active Arizona Registered Nurse license or documented temporary licensure pending.
+ Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical bedside nursing experience.
+ Strong patient assessment, clinical judgment, and nursing skills.
+ Knowledge of facilities, instruments, and equipment commonly used in healthcare settings.
+ Ability to learn and apply clinical research regulations, protocols, and procedures.
+ CPR/ACLS certification required.
+ No prior clinical research experience required.
+ Interest in clinical research and willingness to learn research processes and regulations.
