The Clinical Research Billing Specialist will work closely with sponsors, investigators, study teams, and the finance department to ensure proper billing practices, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely collection of study-related revenue. The primary responsibility is to support the financial integrity of clinical trials through accurate budget implementation, billing reconciliation, and payment tracking.
Responsibilities
+ Review clinical trial protocols, contracts, and budgets to establish accurate billing plans.
+ Ensure all study procedures are billed correctly to the appropriate payer in compliance with coverage analysis.
+ Generate and submit invoices to sponsors according to contract terms and billing schedules.
