CareRx is looking for a Clinical Consultant Pharmacist committed to providing personalized care for residents at long-term care and retirement facilities. This position includes developing strong partnerships, conducting medication reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also participate in community education and pharmacy services enhancement.
