Position Overview: Aga Khan University is recruiting a Clinical Nurse, Home Health Programme .

The successful candidate will:

1. Demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment and supplies.
2. Provide high-quality, personalized, holistic nursing care to all assigned patients.
3. Administer medication safely, with knowledge of drugs and dosages, referring to drug manuals or pharmacy information as needed, and monitor patient responses to medication, reporting findings promptly.
4. Counsel and educate patients on health behaviors.
5. Efficiently use electronic monitoring equipment.
6. Perform patient assessments and develop care plans accordingly.
7. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
