About the Role
:As a Clinical Educator it is expected that you will actively foster a culture where employees feel supported to prioritise the development of open and respectful relationships with residents and families – regardless of their job title - and that you model, promote and reward learning in everyday interactions.
You will play a crucial role initiating and delivering a wide variety of educational activities across the workforce and support team members to deliver quality care and support to clients. You will partner with residences to meet their learning needs and collaborate with the teams at each site to provide education and support aligned with national and state learning frameworks. You will be able to independently plan and deliver educational activities making you an integral part of the Clinical Education team
Main Responsibilities:
