We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Dietitian to join our team at D. S. Research Centre. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized nutrition plans for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments of patients' dietary needs, including reviewing medical history, laboratory results, and other relevant information.Developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans for patients with Cancer.Providing nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families.Monitoring patients' progress and making necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans.Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including other members of the healthcare team.Participating in the different clinic camp awareness activities.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient ca...
