Clinical Coder and Administrator

Job Introduction

Do you have Clinical coding experience? We are looking for a Clinical Coder who will provide a full range of administrative support to assist the day-to-day running of our services. You will have a flexible approach with attention to detail to work as part of a busy team.

Salary: £16,260.80 per annum or £13.86 per hour for our Bank Staff

Contract: Part time and Bank positions available

Location: Primary Care Hub, Litherland, L21 7LB

Shifts: Salaried - 22.5 hours per week. Wednesday 08:00 – 16:00, Thursday 10:30 – 18:30, Friday 10:30 – 18:30. Bank - shifts available Monday to Friday 08:00 – 13:30 & 13:00 – 18:30

Responsibilities

• Summarise and clinically code relevant information from patient’s clinical records, hospital correspondence into EMIS Web
• Follow strict practice protocols, policies and procedures including confidentiality of all information.
