About the roleAs the Clinical Care Coordinator you will coordinate and lead the care team in consultation with the Home Manager. You will ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care and most importantly, a quality lifestyle for our residents.
Working within a supportive and dynamic team, you will be provided with a challenging and diverse work environment, as well as an opportunity for you to contribute and make a real difference to the residential aged care community.
We currently have a full time permanent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator for our facility in The Mariner, South West Rocks.
