Job Purpose
The Clinical Aide supports the delivery of comprehensive primary healthcare services within a family medicine clinic setting. Working under the supervision of a licensed physician, the Clinical Aide assists with patient care coordination, clinical procedures, documentation, and day‑to‑day clinic operations while maintaining high standards of professionalism, patient safety, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for physician assessment and conduct complete medical examinations.
- Record vital signs, heights, weights, visual acuities, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Perform administrative tasks such as sending referrals, booking investigations, and responding to queries.
- Assist physicians with breast and pelvic examinations, IUD procedures, and other clinically supervised interventions.
