Job Purpose

The Clinic Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the wellbeing clinic. The position focuses on providing excellent patient experience supporting clinical and administrative teams and maintaining compliance with healthcare and data protection standards.

This role serves as a link between patients clinicians and management ensuring a professional efficient and compassionate environment that aligns with the organizations mission to deliver high-quality mental health care.

• Welcome patients and visitors warmly ensuring a positive first impression.
• Coordinate patient appointments confirmations and follow-ups through the system.
