We are representing our client in the medical industry in their search for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their growing team as a Clinic Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Keep all areas, including treatment rooms and equipment storage, clean and tidy.
- Check regularly that all tools are safe, working, and fully stocked.
- Track and refill medical supplies to avoid shortages.
- Work with the procurement team to order needed items on time.
- Operate treatment machines as directed by the TCM Practitioner.
- Assist Practitioners during treatments and ensure patients feel safe and comfortable.
- Look after patients in the treatment area with care and professionalism.
