Shape the future of client technology services at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering. This full-time lead role focuses on improving technology support and service delivery.
As the Client Technology and Service Delivery Lead, you'll report directly to the Manager of Client Services, playing a key role in enhancing user computing environments. You'll provide leadership and strategy for client services, addressing complex issues, and directing initiatives for service improvement. Your input will be critical in optimizing technology use to bolster faculty research and teaching.
