Client Support Specialist — Commercial & Public Sector

MCI is looking for a Customer Service Representative in San Fernando, La Union, to support inbound customer service and technical support for commercial and public sector clients. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in a contact center is preferred. A background check and a drug screening may be required.
