**Location:** Houston, TX
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
**Pay Rate:** $22 per hour (Temp-to-Perm)
The Client Support Analyst acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries via phone and email. This role is critical in helping clients navigate our service offerings and online portal, and requires strong customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

+ Investigate and research issues to ensure proper corrective action is taken
+ Address client and sales partner inquiries quickly and drive them to resolution
+ Set up new client accounts using the company portal
+ Provide coaching and guidance for new clients on portal usage
