Roles & Responsibilities -
● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
● Manage day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management
● Coordinate with internal teams across creative, media, content, SEO, and operations for smooth execution
● Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations
● Conduct regular client review meetings and maintain clear communication on progress and deliverables
● Understand client objectives and ensure execution aligns with business goals
● Track project timelines, approvals, dependencies, and pending actions across teams
