Client Success Manager

This is a 3-day-a-week hybrid position based in our office in northwest Austin, TX, 78750, just south of Cedar Park.

• Each of our Client Success Managers is a supportive partner to our existing customers.

Our Client Success Managers are professionals responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering healthy working relationships.    Our ideal candidate will work on behalf of the business and the client, has strong customer service experience, is familiar with CRM software,(preferably Hubspot) and understands how to maintain and grow relationships.   What You Will DO:
