About the Role
Touchpoint Labs is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients throughout their journey, helping them achieve their business goals by providing clear guidance, training, and solutions using our advanced sales, marketing, and support software platform, as well as other related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with a portfolio of Touchpoint Labs clients, understanding their objectives and helping them achieve measurable improvements in their business.
Operate and become proficient in Touchpoint Labs’ software platform and a variety of other technologies, determining the best tools for each client scenario.
Simplify complex concepts and processes, creating clear and concise training materials, including videos and documentation, to enable client success.
