The successful candidate will partner closely with Hiring Managers, Human Resources, Finance, IT, Procurement, staffing suppliers, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure contingent workers are onboarded, managed, and offboarded efficiently while maintaining strong financial controls and data integrity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, technologically savvy, and embraces an AI-first mindset by leveraging modern productivity tools to improve efficiency, automate repetitive work, and enhance decision-making. Key Responsibilities Administer the organization's Vendor Management System (currently SAP Fieldglass), including worker records, work orders, amendments, extensions, and lifecycle updates. Review and validate work order approvals for location, rate codes, cost centers, spend limits, and required approvals.
