Location: Central Bristol / Hybrid (3 / 4 days in office)

What you’ll be doing:
Manage, analyse and utilise Management Information (MI), identifying trends, and implement improvements that enhance conversion rates and support the company’s Statement of Intent (SOI) targets.
Act as a referral point for all Client Services and Probate Consultants, providing guidance, ensuring appropriate training is in place, and monitoring competency to enhance le...
