Job Description

The Client Service Representative is responsible for managing and supporting assigned client relationships across Fund Accounting, Administration, and Custody services. Serving as the primary point of contact, this role works closely with clients and internal teams to resolve inquiries, support onboarding and reporting activities, identify trends, and deliver a high level of client service.


Key Responsibilities


Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day inquiries.
  • Respond to client and internal requests in a timely manner and provide regular status updates.
  • Build strong relationships with client contacts and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting notes.
  • Escalate complex issues and service concerns as appropriate.
