Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Client Services Associate to join our Client Services team at Paragon's Sheffield site. The role's purpose is to provide customer service and administrative support to our clients and the wider Client Services team.
Acting as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, answering calls and emails promptly and professionally. Accurately logging orders, updating systems, and coordinating with internal teams such as operations, warehouse and couriers to ensure smooth processing of customer requests. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all information is captured correctly and tasks are completed on time. Supporting the wider team by handling day to day administration, assisting with order tracking, resolving basic customer issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
