We are a fast-paced veterinary clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care for our patients and outstanding service for their owners. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in creating a positive and supportive experience for both clients and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone
- Answer a high volume of phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
- Troubleshoot client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
- Relay information accurately between clients, veterinarians, and technical staff
- Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
