• Handle customer interactions through phone, email, text message, and other channels.
• Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking appointments to general inquiries.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and future service requests.
• Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide efficient, flexible options.
