The Client Service Director is a strategic and pivotal role; it is accountable for building relationships between the Club and its clients, managing current assignments, growing the accounts, and establishing a strong lasting partnership between AND Digital and the client organisations.
Responsibilities
- Client relationship building: managing a portfolio of clients and nurturing trusted relationships with key stakeholders to increase AND's impact.
- Growing accounts: planning and shaping feasible account strategies that represent value for our clients, supporting AND's growth, and identifying, shaping, and successfully pitching new business opportunities to clients.
