Job Summary
The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient, and timely processing of over‑the‑counter transactions, including cash and check deposits or withdrawals, payments, foreign currency exchanges and other miscellaneous transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform start and end of day banking activities.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide appropriate customer service to clients and promote the bank’s products and services.
- Perform other tasks that may be required from time to time.
