Client Server (Cloud) Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support client-server applications
• Troubleshoot server, application, and cloud issues
• Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Handle incidents, tickets, and service requests
• Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance
• Work with teams to resolve technical problems
• Ensure system performance, availability, and security

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in support or cloud environment
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with troubleshooting and ticketing tools
• Good communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Cloud certification (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Experience with monitoring tools
