Your day to day

  1. Manage all administrative matters related to client assignments, from initiation to completion of engagements.
  2. Assist managers in preparing and reviewing proposals, drafting engagement letters, and initiating client acceptance processes.
  3. Support budget tracking and provide reports on engagement progress.
  4. Organize internal and external meetings, follow engagement timelines, and maintain permanent client files.
  5. Handle day-to-day correspondence, client communications, and administrative requests.
  6. Prepare payment instructions and ensure accurate documentation and archiving processes.
