Client Relations Specialist

Job Role: Marketplace Ads Executive (AMS Amazon Marketplace Services) / Ecom Executive Required Experience: 2 - 3+ years Preferred Industry: Ecommerce Agency/Retail/Advertisement Agency Location: Bangalore (Onsight) Key Responsibilities : Serve as the point of contact for customers enquiries via phone, email, chat. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and timely solutions. Timely escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service expectations and building positive relationships. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. What do we seek in you ? Any Graduate with 1-2 Years of experience in customer support.
