Client Referential Expert

Join our Client Management Operations team and help ensure accurate and high‑quality client reference data.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and update client reference data (including SSI setup, account onboarding, and account maintenance)
• Ensure all information is accurate and aligned with standard procedures
• Review and verify processed requests for quality and completeness
• Train new team members on processes and best practices
• Participate in UAT for new system releases and suggest process improvements
• Support business lines by delivering reliable service and clear communication
• Join process reviews, projects, system changes, and operational discussions
• Prepare MIS/KPI reports as needed
