Job Summary:


We are currently seeking a Client / Office Administrator to join our clients team in Boksburg. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to insurance / Financial services advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client database and correspondence

  • Assist with office administration tasks (FIAS and FICA docs) 

  • Coordinate meetings and appointments

  • Follow up with clients

  • Investment portfolio + Risk portfolio summaries 

  • Client relationships
