Client‑Facing GenAI Solutions Engineer

Roland Berger Strategy Consultants is building an AI Lab to turn ideas into production‑grade (GenAI) solutions. You will lead client‑facing workshops, define requirements and deliver PoVs and pilots that scale to production.

The role focuses on Python engineering for data processing and ML, AI agent orchestration, and safe tool execution, with close collaboration across Backend, DevOps and Architects to ensure secure, observable deployments across cloud and on‑prem environments.
