Client Delivery Manager

Hybrid role (3 days onsite) based in Toronto. 6‑month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, annual salary approximately $120,000.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for clients during system integrations and migration delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end project coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate technical solutions into explicit, actionable language for business partners and clients.
• Facilitate workshops and regular cadence meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct integration validation and testing using tools such as Postman and Bruno.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify the why behind business needs and align solutions accordingly.
