Client Care Representative - Auto Insurance Trainee

Auto Insurance Trainee at HUB International, responsible for selling auto insurance solutions and building client relationships. This role requires weekend availability (Wednesday to Sunday).

Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Process diverse auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional insurance products to add value for clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners.
• Support branch operations by handling phone calls, administrative tasks, and inventory restocking.
