Summary:

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be going into member's homes and performing the ATC monitoring visits. This role includes resolving conflicts, reassigning caregivers as needed, training caregivers as needed, handling client/caregiver inquiries, communicating with case managers, and any other field work that is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Preform ATC visits with members according to AHCCCS regulations.
• Respond to phone, email, and text inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
