We’re looking for an experienced customer service and administration professional to join our Box Hill hearing clinic as a Client Care Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Senior Clinician in Charge to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service while coordinating appointments, managing clinic administration, and supporting the delivery of outstanding hearing care outcomes.This is a permanent full‑time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, from our Box Hill clinic in VIC.
