Key Responsibilities Stock Management
- Maintain an organized and well‑managed stockroom, ensuring all merchandise and packaging are stored accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, process, and replenish stock promptly to support smooth daily store operations.
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor by coordinating timely replenishment, enhancing operational efficiency and the overall client experience.
- Liaise with the Supply Chain team to fulfil client requests and improve product availability.
- Deliver exceptional after‑sales support while building strong client relationships through a seamless service experience.
- Manage client repair requests from submission through completion, providing timely updates and follow‑up throughout the repair process.
