Role requires % phone component, % Back-office Process, agent will be assigned either back-office process or to take call calls and during the day may be required to go back and forth between both.


Must have Skills:

Excellent organizational and communication skills, clear speaking voice when communicating in English/French, Keen attention to detail

Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze client files efficiently

Nice to have AML/KYC experience.
