Clearing Operations Analyst

Job Purpose

The successful candidate performs various tasks across Clearing Operations, Risk management and Treasury functions of ICE Clear Singapore (Clearing House) so that the Clearing House can operate smoothly and efficiently.

• Working with Heads of Clearing Operations, Risk management and Treasury to establish, maintain and operate a framework that will keep the Clearing House at the forefront of global best practice.
• Strong sense of customer relationship and providing excellent customer service to Clearing Members.
• Ensuring that Clearing Rules, Regulation and Procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Proactive management, escalation and resolution of operational incidents that arise, including root cause analysis, driving subsequent process and/or technology improvements and providing support with reporting to regulators where appropriate.
