Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Test, calibrate, inspect and certify parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Read and identify blueprint requirements such as: Epicor receiving/ rejecting parts, Final inspection identify exception and file all documents, Epicor verification buy off and stamp hard card, In-Process inspection/ verification all test certs are in hard card, Measure all sealing surfaces and O-ring depth.
Required Skills/Abilities: Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Knowledge and use of calipers, torque wrenches, helicoil, keensert, and Leeplug installation tools. Knowledge of testing and integration. Ability to read wiring schematics. Ability to follow blueprints and read instructions. Ability to train and certify other assemblers. Able to maintain quality.
