Job Summary
Equans is looking for a Cleaning Team Leader to join our team in Mithras Halls, Lewes Road, BN2 4QX. This is a permanent, full‑time role of 40 hours per week. The salary is £26,888.00 per annum with a benefits package.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday 08:00‑17:00.
What the role entails
- Responsible for performance of the cleaning service and demonstrate continuous approval of performance standards as required by the contract.
- Ensure monitoring of performance against the KPI’s is adhered to.
- Oversee and support self‑auditing processes to maintain high standards.
- Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH regulations are complied with at all times.
- Ensure the effective use of equipment and materials; report all faults to the Residence Manager.
