Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee the daily cleaning operations, supervise staff and ensure high hygiene health and safety standards across a patch of 7 schools in Swindon. In this role, you will manage staffing schedules, equipment, inventory and training while performing regular site inspections and audits.

We focus on keeping facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently - helping our clients create spaces that work for everyone.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced cleaning manager with strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate teams across multiple school sites, and a proactive approach to maintaining high‑quality cleaning standards, compliance, and operational efficiency.
