Job Description
As the Team / Shift 2nd Lead Production, you will take on a key leadership role within our manufacturing operations. The position focuses on guiding a team of production specialists and ensuring smooth daily execution of production plans within defined timelines and quality standards. Join us in driving operational excellence in a dynamic production environment.
Mon- Fri hours 2:30 PM-10:30 PM. Onsite.

+ Allocation of resources aligned with daily production plans
+ Oversight of production plan adherence and operational output
+ Constructive performance feedback and implementation of corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality
+ Coordination of timely maintenance and repair of machinery
+ Monitoring operational KPIs to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity expectations
+ Support in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the production team
