Job Description
We are looking for a Claude AI SME/Analyst to provide insights and enhancements to our internal system.
Responsibilities- Engage with Product Owners, partners and internal stakeholders to elicit, document and validate business and functional requirements
- Translate requirements into well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications
- Produce both business flow diagrams and technical flow diagrams — including API interaction flows & specs, system integration maps and data flow documentation — to a standard that engineering and architecture teams can work directly from
- Maintain a clear and prioritised backlog in collaboration with the PM/PMO and Product Owner
- Identify gaps, dependencies and edge cases early — raising risks before they become delivery issues
