Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering personalised learning activities and lessons
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs
- Assist students with communication, emotional regulation, and independence skills
- Support classroom learning, practical activities, and community:based learning
- Help students during educational visits, work experience placements, and life skills activities
- Encourage positive behaviour and well:being in line with school policies
- Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom resources
