Responsibilities Responsible for all duties of a Classroom Assistant Uphold the ethos of the school and prepare children holistically for the next grade Assist children in school readiness Conduct continuous assessment throughout the year and communicate results to parents via interviews and written reports Collaborate effectively as part of the school team to achieve success Follow a well‑designed daily programme Participate in general events throughout the year Integrate all learning activities through active child involvement Uphold an informal teaching style by learning through play Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, pupils, and parents Energetic, self‑motivated, and able to use own initiative Ability to work within a team Good organisational skills Good communication skills Excellent rapport with small children #J-18808-Ljbffr
