About the Role
As a Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and pupils on a daily basis. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. Responsibilities may include:
-Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons across subjects such as literacy, numeracy, and phonics
-Working with small groups to reinforce learning, helping pupils to understand key concepts and complete tasks
