Qualifications

• High school Grade 12 diploma
• Effective communication skills; oral, written, and visual
• Ability to be flexible and adjust to changes in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work with Microsoft Excel/other software programs or willing to learn
• Have knowledge with technology and willing to learn on the job
• Reliable and punctual

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and track attendance
• Perform clerical duties filing, setting up equipment, emailing applications and other duties assisting the classroom teacher mentor
• Track student activity submission and maintain records
• Assist the teachers in organizing the learning environment, preparing, and maintaining resources
• Participate and assist teacher with planning and organizing traditional cultural activities and events
