We are seeking a committed, skilled and compassionate part time Primary Teacher to help deliver excellent learning, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to the continued development of our inclusive two-form-entry school as part of the Seaford Learning Trust.
This is a part time (0.4) classroom teaching role, You will:
- Plan, teach and assess engaging lessons that secure progress for all pupils, using a variety of effective teaching strategies.
- Adapt learning to meet the needs of pupils with SEND, disadvantaged learners and those with other additional needs.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, routines and expectations so pupils feel safe and ready to learn.
- Use assessment and pupil progress data to set ambitious targets and inform next steps in learning.
