As a Class Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners and promote excellent progress. You will create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued, and motivated to achieve their best. Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff, you will support each child's academic, social, and emotional development while maintaining high expectations for behaviour, learning, and wellbeing.
