**What You'll Do:**
✅ Fit and weld structural steel and pipe assemblies
✅ Perform MIG, Flux-Core, and TIG welding
✅ Read blueprints and weld symbols
✅ Inspect weld quality and follow safety standards
**What You Need:**
✔️ 3+ years of fitting/welding experience
✔️ MIG, Flux-Core, and TIG welding experience
✔️ Blueprint reading skills
✔️ Ability to pass:
+ 3G MIG/Flux-Core Plate Test
+ 6G TIG Pipe Test (ASME Standards)
